Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the products published by Showine must be understood as inclusive of VAT.
The prices of the products published from time to time by Showine cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products.
Showine reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of the products published on its website, upon confirmation of the Customer's order.

The products are not provided on trial. Although Showine can provide information on the characteristics of the products, the customer is responsible for choosing the products ordered. The images of the Products are indicative and not binding.

Any special offers promoted by Showine they are valid until stocks are exhausted and, in any case, are subject to the actual availability of the related products Showine . The special offers proposed by Showine they cannot be combined. The products as gifts or special offers could be in promotional packs (for packs we mean boxes, online manuals, etc.)

If a special offer promoted by Showine provides for the sending of a free product together with one or more products purchased, the Customer will be entitled to this free product only if the same has been expressly requested by the Customer in the order sent to Showine and until stocks are exhausted.

No assistance or replacement is provided in relation to any products received free from Showine .

Terms of payment

Advance Bank Transfer

In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the sending of the order takes place only upon the actual crediting of the current account. Showine srl , which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is considered automatically canceled.
The purpose of the bank transfer must include the order ID, which is issued in the order confirmation email.

Credit card

In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment methods, at the same time as the online transaction is concluded, the reference bank authorizes only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made.
Credit card transactions are handled by CartaSi keyclient which guarantees the total security of payments through the best encryption technologies (or OTP).
The amount relating to the delivered goods is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of the actual fulfillment of the ordered goods .

PayPal

In cases of purchase of goods with payment methods PayPal (eBay group's fast and secure payment system), the buyer will come redirected to the PayPal site where you can complete the order and make the payment by logging into your account (by entering your personal e-mail address and password) or by creating a new account in an easy and immediate way.
By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid (PostePay) assigned. PayPal protects the buyer's information as no financial information is passed on .
A confirmation e-mail from PayPal will be sent to each transaction performed with this method. The amount of the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time of the order. In the event of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

Cash on delivery

In cases of purchase with cash on delivery, payment must be made  cash only directly to the courier when the goods are delivered; using this payment method, a contribution to the collection costs equal to  6.00 Euros that the courier charges us in addition to the cost of shipping for amounts up to Euro 500.00; for higher amounts, a contribution to collection costs equal to Euro 8.00 .

For amounts exceeding Euro 1000.00 will also be an advance deposit by bank transfer is required bank account equal to 50% of the order amount. The remaining 50% will be paid in cash upon delivery of the order.

Acceptance of orders

All purchase orders for products sent to Showine they must be complete in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered. Each product order sent to Showine constitutes the Customer's contractual proposal and, therefore, will be binding on
 Showine only if confirmed by the same for acceptance.

The fulfillment of the order by Showine it is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same  Showine reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, not duly completed. In case of non-execution of the order by Showine (if the same is due to unavailability of the products ordered by the Customer) Showine will as soon as possible inform the Customer, reimbursing any sums already paid by them for the supply not performed. In this case, the Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement or indemnity or compensation of any kind.

The tax documentation relating to the products ordered will be issued by Showine at the time of shipment of the products to the Customer. If the Customer has a VAT number and wishes to receive an invoice in his own name, he must indicate this request in the order. Failing that, Showine will not issue a tax invoice.

Correct receipt of the Client's proposal is confirmed by Showine by means of an automatic reply sent to the email address supplied by the Client. Showine's response is generated automatically by the Site system and only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal within the information systems. This confirmation message will indicate the expected day of shipment and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any subsequent communication with Showine. In addition to the information required by law, the message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

Each order can be viewed by the Customer on the Site, in their personal area, immediately after sending the order. Until the time of fulfillment of the order by Showine (communicated to the Customer by updating the information contained in his personal area), the Customer has the right to modify or cancel the order, exclusively through the specific access functions. and modification foreseen in the aforementioned personal area.

Each Purchase Agreement stipulated between Showine and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Showine. Showine has the right to accept or not, at its discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, for any reason, including compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order. The acceptance of Showine is considered tacitly granted, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer within 48 hours of sending the order, by means of an e-mail message sent to the address communicated by the Customer.

Delivery methods

Deliveries are normally made by courier
The expected delivery times are between 3 and 15 days (excluding orders over the holidays, which can be delayed for about 3 or 4 days).
The delivery days indicated are to be considered "working", bearing in mind that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
In case of payment by advance bank transfer , the delivery times indicated on the product page will start from the moment the transfer has been credited. For anticipate bank technical times , the customer can send away e-mail toinfo@showine.it or away fax to 0376 1760104 the accounting officer of the transfer made with the CRO code of the operation indicated.
The delivery terms provided by Showine , although carefully evaluated, they must be considered non-binding for the delivery terms provided by Showine , which can subsequently confirm or modify them, depending on its actual availability and / or needs.

Any delays in deliveries of less than 10 days do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnities of any kind.

Showine has the right to deliver the products (also relating to the same order) in several successive deliveries without prejudice, in this case, to a single charge to the Customer by way of transport costs.
Special terms and conditions of delivery must be agreed in advance between the Customer and Showine and accepted in writing by  Showine.

The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order. No additional fees or commissions are payable to Showine .

Home delivery by the Courier is carried out during normal working hours, we suggest you indicate a safe delivery address, where there is someone who can receive the shipment.
In case of“delivery failure”, the courier will leave a notice to indicate a new date and time for the next delivery attempt, or allow the package to be collected at the nearest courier office.
The User can indicate any special requests on the delivery method inside the Notes boxe” during the order formalization wizard. It is also important to indicate the name reported on the intercom and a phone number to allow the courier or ours Customer care to contact the buyer in case of need.

the delivery of the products is intended at street level. Upon delivery of the products by the courier appointed by Showine, the Customer is required to check:

1) That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
2) That the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by the Customer, by putting the word ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE on the courier's delivery receipt. Furthermore, the Customer undertakes to promptly report and in any case no later than 8 (eight) days from the date of delivery - to Showine any problem concerning the physical integrity or completeness of the products received.ti.

Warranty and assistance

For consumers, ie those who purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity, the Legislative Decree 2 February 2002, n. 24. - art. 1519-bis and following of the Italian Civil Code - (two years under legal conditions).

For other buyers, who usually purchase with a VAT number, the legal guarantees referred to in articles 1490 and following of the Italian Civil Code will apply. (one year under legal conditions).

Showine (on products related to the site  www.showine.it ) guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery (hereinafter, the "Showine srl guarantee "). Any defects covered by the warranty Showine must be reported by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date. In the event of the guarantee being effective Showine , the Customer will only have the right to replace the damaged products upon return of the same, being excluded the Customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are charged to Showine.

Without prejudice to the hypothesis of willful misconduct or gross negligence by Showine , it is already agreed that, if the responsibility of Showine for any reason towards the Customer - including the case of total or partial non-fulfillment of the obligations assumed by Showine towards the Customer as a result of the execution of an order - the responsibility of Showine it cannot be higher than the price of the products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute has arisen.

Showine however, it does not provide any additional guarantee on products made by third parties with respect to that provided by individual manufacturers. Technical assistance and warranty interventions on the latter products are carried out, where required, by the individual producers, according to the terms and methods indicated in the documentation attached to the products themselves.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, the Customer (if he qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to art. 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered products, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the products.

The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article ( art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185 ) must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt. to
Showine by Carletti Flavio - Via Parigi, 8 / d - 46047 Porto Mantovano - MN , within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the products. The above communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram or fax to Showine by Carletti Flavio  to the number Fax 0376 1760104 , provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt, within 48 ( Fourty eight ) hours after sending the telegram or fax.

All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by Showine which will issue a return authorization number ( RMA ). Once the RMA number has been received, the Customer can return the product at his own expense to the following address: Showine srl - Via Parigi, 8 / d - 46047 Porto Mantovano - MN . Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.

Once the products have been received (and their integrity checked) Showine will provide, as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 working days of receipt of the goods, to credit the Customer with the cost of the returned products (as indicated on the invoice), withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs which will remain permanently at customer's charge.

The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article (Article 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) cannot be exercised by the Customer if the purchased products have been used (or damaged) by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to the Customer who purchases for purposes related to his / her work activity (eg: instrumental use, resale, etc.) and who therefore communicates to Showine your VAT number.

Finally, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

- Purchase of packaged products, whose original packaging has been tampered with or damaged by the Customer;
- Purchase of special offer products.

Applicable Laws

Without prejudice to the possible applicability of mandatory provisions of law for the protection of consumers (as defined pursuant to art. 1 letter b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185 ), any dispute connected to these General Conditions, will be devolved to the exclusive competence of the COURT OF MANTOVA.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 1341 and 1342 of the civil code, the Customer declares to have carefully read and understood and to specifically accept the following clauses of the General Conditions of sale Showine.
