WINE PRESERVATION:in addition to the use of inert gas to preserve the wine against oxidation, it uses an exclusive system that preserves the aroma and aromas unaltered, keeping the bottles perfectly isolated from each other, preserving the product for up to 30 days.
QUALITY:The wine by the glass is served by the control system at the right temperature, also guaranteeing maximum service hygiene thanks to its dispenser cleaning system.
REDUCTION OF WASTE:it is a reality that the wine in the open bottle is subject to oxidation and therefore will inevitably be wasted, creating costs and profit losses. Thus these problems are completely eliminated by transforming waste into profit.
CONTROL:When serving wine, the staff reduces your income by not being able to accurately control the serving dose.
In this way, on the other hand, levels of precision that can be repeated over time and/or programmable according to your needs are achieved.
